another的用法如下：
another常用在單數形式的可數名詞前，也可用作代名詞，後不接名詞。修飾不可數的複數名詞時，通常用more。如，Have another piece of cake.
another是由an和other兩詞合綴而成，因此它不能加冠詞或其他限定性的形容詞。
another指「另外的任何一個」，加上原本的那個，心裡應至少有三個，才有任何一個的可能，因此不適用於只有兩個時。如不能說I have two brothers，one is twenty，and another is fifteen，套用the other代替。
another後可接數字和複數形式的名詞，如another five hours。
用作代詞，如I don't like this one，please show me another。
one another和each other均指「相互，彼此」。
