如果GoAgent不能使用，可能的原因和解決方法包括：
當地禁止。如果無法訪問203.208.46.1~8的443連線埠，可以在proxy.ini中將所有的203.208.46.X IP位址替換為203.208.47.X，然後重啟GoAgent來解決。
Google_CN服務被禁止。可以將proxy.ini中的profile=google_cn改為google_hk，並將[google_hk]段中的mode設定為https（即將mode=http改為mode=https），之後重啟GoAgent。
版本更新。如果遇到版本更新導致的錯誤，如「The requested URL /2 was not found on this server」，可以嘗試更新到最近的穩定版本。
Windows 7系統問題。對於Windows 7系統，需要以管理員身份運行GoAgent。可以在GoAgent上右鍵選擇「以管理員方式運行」。
Hosts檔案問題。如果出現resolvecommon.google_hosts domain提示，應修改hosts檔案，刪除「# 127.0.0.1 localhost」以下的所有內容，並重啟GoAgent。HOSTS檔案通常位於「c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc」。
認證問題。如果出現「Use an application-specific password instead of your regular account password」或「error 401」提示，應按照提示操作，使用應用程式專用密碼進行認證。
