They unpack their picnic basket and enjoy some delicious sandwiches, fruit, and cookies. After eating, Little Bear and Little Dog play a game of catch and then take a nap under the tree. When they wake up, they see some birds flying overhead and hear the chirping of the birds in the trees around them. They both feel refreshed and ready for the next part of their adventure.
Little Bear and Little Dog walk through the woods until they come across a stream. They both dive in and have a great time splashing and playing in the water. Afterwards, they take a walk through a field of flowers and admire the beauty of nature.
Finally, they reach their destination - Little Bear's house. He thanks Little Dog for the adventure and heads inside to tell his family all about it. They all laugh and clap for Little Bear, because he had a great day exploring the world around him and making new friends.
